Vibrant and revitalizing, this dragon fruit-based bowl is packed with beauty benefits.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dragon fruit frozen smoothie pack
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2-inch piece of ginger, fresh, peeled
  • 1 scoop of Youtheory® Collagen powder
  • 2/3 cup coconut milk or almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/3 cup blueberries and raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 Tbsp goji berries
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp cacao nibs


Directions

Place dragon fruit smoothie mix in blender. Add banana, ginger, Youtheory® Collagen powder and milk and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl. Top with remaining ingredients.
