Youtheory currently offers standard shipping via FedEx for all orders. Free shipping is available on all orders over $40 CAD after discounts and before taxes. For orders under $40 CAD after discounts and before taxes, a non-refundable shipping fee of $14.99 CAD will apply.

At this time, we are unable to offer shipping outside of the Canada.

Returns

If you have issues with your order, please contact us through one of the methods below, providing your order number and as much detail as possible so that we can best assist you. Returns of unopened products can be made up to 30 days post-purchase. A return shipping fee of $14.99 CAD may apply.

Please note that under our return policy, we are unable to accept returns for opened product or products purchased through another retailer.
