Ingredients
1 cup raspberries
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 packet Youtheory® Collagen Liquid
Directions
Place the raspberries in a saucepan and mash with a fork. Stir in honey, chia seeds, and Youtheory® Collagen Liquid. Cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes, while stirring regularly. Transfer to a heat-safe jar and set aside to cool. Refrigerate to thicken and enjoy!
