Collagen Candy Cane Fudge

The ultimate holiday indulgence! These rich, chocolatey brownies are infused with a refreshing hint of candy cane and boosted with collagen for a festive treat that's as nourishing as it is delicious. 
Collagen Candy Cane Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter⁠ 
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil⁠ 
  • 1/4 cup black cocoa + additional 2 tbsp ⁠ 
  • 2 scoops youtheory® Collagen Powder ⁠ 
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup⁠ 
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips + 2 tsp coconut oil⁠ 
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint oil ⁠ 
  • 1-2 crushed candy canes⁠ 

Directions

  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside. 
  2. In a medium bowl, combine almond butter, coconut oil, black cocoa, and collagen. Stir until well combined. Then add in maple syrup and peppermint oil, stir and set aside.  
  3. In a small microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20 second increments until no clumps remain.  
  4. Pour in the melted chocolate into the batter and then add in the final 2 tbsp of cocoa powder. Stir until a thick batter forms.  
  5. Pour into a parchment lined loaf pan and top with crushed candy canes.  
  6. Top with flakey sea salt if you’d like. Freeze overnight and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in freezer.⁠
