"I’ve tried many collagen supplements over the past few years and while I was initially excited that the brand made a ready to drink pouch, the flavour is not good. The “natural berry” flavour tastes a little weird. I tried the collagen concentrate that used to be available and you mix in with water, that tastes way better. This is definitely more convenient, but the flavour needs some work."

You must try this if you have aches and pains

"I have been taking this for only for 2 weeks. I have pain in my hips and if I sit too long, I find it hard to walk normal the first few steps. I must say it has helped with my hip so much I cant believe the difference. As far as skin and nail etc I do not see a difference yet, but if you have aches and pains this is a must have."
