User-Generated Content Terms of Use

Thank you for sharing your content with us! By replying #agree to our request, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Permission & License Grant

You grant youtheory (a brand of Nutrawise Health & Beauty LLC) non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content (“Content”) in connection with our brand.

This includes the right to use your:

  • Images, videos, captions, and posts
  • Username, social media handle, likeness, and profile information as it appears with the Content

2. Where Your Content May Be Used

Your Content may be used across our owned and operated channels, including:

  • Social media (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)

  • Email marketing and newsletters

We reserve the right not to use or to remove any Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be:

  • In violation of any law or platform guidelines
  • Potentially infringing on the rights of others

8. No Compensation

10. Withdrawal of Consent
