"Consistency and limit caffeine by a certain time daily, and it works. I don’t get anxiety as much and I do fall asleep calm. I do love youtheory brand, this one in particular it’s easy and simple to follow. Limit coffee and energy drinks by 10 am I do my coffee at 5 am, end cut all of caffeine by 11 am. So when I get home I can knock out easily. And do this consistently because it won’t work if you only do it here and there. I do fall asleep without problems!!!! Good luck"
