  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 scoop Youtheory® Spore Probiotic
  • 1 Tbsp buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • dash cayenne pepper


  1. Combine ingredients until smooth and place in fridge for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut up your favorite raw vegetables and serve them on a platter, along with the dip.
