Shipping & Returns
Youtheory currently offers standard and express shipping for all orders. Free shipping is available on all orders over $50 USD after discounts and before taxes. For orders under $50 USD after discounts and before taxes a non-refundable shipping fee of $14.99 USD will apply.
At this time, we are unable to offer shipping outside of the United States.
If you have a concern with your shipping status of your order, please refer to the FAQs or contact us at email@example.com.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us through one of the methods below providing your order number and as much detail as possible so that we can best assist you. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for opened product or products purchased through another retailer.
Returns of unopened products can be made up to 30 days post-purchase.
A return shipping fee of $14.99 USD may apply.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it). Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

We currently ship to addresses in the United-States.
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to ship.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may still be able to cancel it. Simply reach out to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and specify your order number in the message.
We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for orders that are in transit. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be provided with a return label. A refund will be issued for your order upon receipt at our warehouse. A standard return shipping fee of $14.99USD will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We are unable to reroute an order once it is in transit. If your order is returned to us by the shipping carrier, we will contact you to confirm your shipping address and next steps.
If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the delivery method you choose. You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been opened in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The return is made within 5 business days of the return or exchange request and return label being provided.

The return fee within the US is $14.99 USD.
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. We additionally offer support for Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can chose these payment methods at checkout.
We currently only support the following currencies forcharging our customers in their local currencies: USD.
If your credit or debit card uses another currency, then you will be charged in USD. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate.
We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name. However, we do have several distributors in the US and around the world.
