A crunchy anytime snack that's a better-for-you substitute for chips.


  • 1 Tbsp curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice mix
  • 1 Tbsp curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp sea salt
  • 1 scoop Youtheory® Spore Probiotic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 15-1/2 ounce can garbanzo, rinsed, drained well


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine seasonings.
  3. Carefully remove outer skin of garbanzo beans.
  4. Toss garbanzo beans with olive oil.
  5. Toss with seasonings.
  6. Pour seasoned garbanzo on sheet pan. Shake pan to ensure spiced garbanzos are single layer.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and crispy.
