  • 1 pack pitaya smoothie
  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 scoop Youtheory® Collagen Powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut water, almond milk or your favorite juice


  1. Place the pitaya pack, spinach, banana, strawberries, Youtheory® Collagen Powder and liquid into the blender.
  2. Blend until you've reached a thick smoothie consistency.
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings (suggested toppings: mango, kiwi, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, goji berries, pumpkin seeds, hemp granola).
