"I gave this a lower rating because the packaging is so wasteful. The bottle is only about a quarter filled up and there's no need for such a ginormous bottle. Also, the lid was on so tight and hard to get off. I had to have my husband open it (he had to put the force of god on it) and he has good grip strength. The product itself was fine but I have taken ashwagandha before."
