"So here's my honest opinion about you theory B12 B6 liquid essential daily vitamin. It seemed to give me a nice boost. I also purchased a different organic liquid supplement with the second type of vitamin B12. Which was the hydroxycobalamin. This specific brand 'Youtheory' liquid here only contains methylcobalamin @ at almost 42,000% of a daily value in one fluid ounce. I believe this is a little over the top and I drink half of the fluid ounce along with the organic brand of hydroxycobalamin b12). Because there isn't anything organic in this or saying anything about organic also, the fact that there's xylitol in it and Stevia leaf extract I'm not sure if I'll purchase again Too bad they couldn't take out this xylitol. Taste is good. ??"
