Youtheory currently offers standard and express shipping for all orders. Free shipping is available on all orders over $40 USD after discounts and before taxes. For orders under $40 USD after discounts and before taxes, a non-refundable shipping fee of $14.99 USD will apply.

At this time, we are unable to offer shipping outside of the United States.

If you have a concern with your shipping status of your order, please refer to the FAQs or contact us.

Returns

If you have issues with your order, please contact us through one of the methods below, providing your order number and as much detail as possible so that we can best assist you. Returns of unopened products can be made up to 30 days post-purchase. A return shipping fee of $14.99 USD may apply.

Please note that under our return policy, we are unable to accept returns for opened product or products purchased through another retailer. However, if you’re dissatisfied with our products, check out our Satisfaction Guarantee.
