"I first started by taking this in the AM, loved it but noticed by evening I maybe needed a little pick me up (Nothing major just something I noticed knowing MY body) I then switched and stated taking at PM... I have slept and relaxed SOO much better, even my spouse said "wow you were OUT last night. I ordered 2 boxes and will be ordering more. Flavor is a little stout but it is easy to make a smoothie or just quickly drink."

This product is not what I expected
"When I received this product and by the looks of the packaging it looked promising. Once I opened to taste it was so disgusting. U have to chuck it not taste it or else you won't tolerate it. After using all my boxes I did not notice any changes. I was still stressed, maybe from the taste. Box looks nice. I will try the gummies to see if is any better. I will not be buying the liquid forms at all. But I appreciate the opportunity to be able to try this product."
Better than a pill
"I greatly prefer the liquid pouches to the pill- which seemed to upset my stomach a bit. I wasn't a huge fan of drinking it out of the packet as I found it a little too artificially sweet, but mixing it in a glass with some water seemed to help. I'm not sure I noticed a huge difference in my mood/ anxiety, but it definitely didn't have any adverse effects."

"I received 36 premixed ashwagandha liquid packs for free in exchange for an honest review. I had never heard of this brand until I received this amazing product. The packs are small enough to put in purse(depending on what time of day you take), packs are easy to open for use. The flavor was really good, although they are better cold. It took about a week for me to notice a difference. I rested better, didn't feel as irritable throughout the day, reduced my appetite, noticed a glow to my face as well as many other benefits."
