- Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with a meal.

Consult with a health care practitioner before having your blood drawn, as biotin supplementation may affect certain lab tests. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. In case of accidental overdose, call a health care practitioner or poison control immediately. Some people may experience constipation, diarrhea and/or vomiting. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs.
