"I was gifted these by Influenster and the company in exchange for an honest review. These supplements are designed to fight inflammation. I have a lot of inflammation so I was very excited to try these. I would say they are useful some in aiding with inflammation. I noticed a slight aftertaste but it wasn't too bad. I had an upset stomach when i first started, unsure if it was from these or just a bad timing. The upset stomach went away after i used them for a few days. I didn't notice a change in energy but they aren't bad for the price. I would buy again to see if they continue to help. They aren't a cure all but do help."

The capsules are vegetarian and the list of ingredients is short, which I like. In addition to curcumin extract, it also contains ginger root extract, which may aid in digestion. I tolerate this supplement well and don't have any issues taking it. It's diary free, soy free, enhanced absorption, and includes no gluten ingredients. It's manufactured in the USA, which is a must for me when I purchase supplements, and it comes in a 30 day supply. That said, it's on the pricier side, so I don't know if I will repurchase."

"I've really enjoyed taking youtheory total body turmeric. I've tried many turmerics but oftentimes I don't notice too much of a difference in my joint pain and inflammation. Youtheory is different, I felt results almost immediately. I have less inflammation and increased mobility. I love that the capsules are vegetarian. I do think the container has no buisness being that large, it's a waste of plastic. I do like the square shape, it seems easier to open."
