"Love this product. I take after a strenght workout, which is 3xs a week. The joints in my arms tend to get achy after lifting weights and this seems to minimize the pain/inflammation I feel afterwards. Aside from this, turmeric is a staple in my supplement regimen and this is a great product as it contains some fat and pepper for better bioavailability."
