"I love this collagen. I was in the backcountry and worried about being a huge container of collagen powder along, Youtheory solved my problem. 3 tablets a serving, no powder and I did not notice a change. I was on a two week canoe trip and was not sore. I believe this helped me recover! And it has also kept my skin soft and supple, nails healthy and my hair seems to be regaining elasticity at 53 years of age. Youtheory gave me this free product to try."

"This is my first time trying a collagen supplement. This supplement consists of 3 large tablets/day, taken at the time of day of your choosing (all in one go, or spread out across the day). I appreciate giving collagen a chance on my aging skin, and Youtheory's learning library is a helpful way to learn more about this supplement that I've added to my regimen. I noticed minor positive benefits in skin elasticity in the time that I took this supplement, but for better results I know I would need to commit to taking this product for a longer period of time. I believe my lifestyle impacted the effectiveness of this supplement-- I work outside in harsh conditions daily, with high sun exposure and at elevation. Taking this supplement during the hottest and dryest part of the year, while frequently working above 10,500' elevation, left me feeling dehydrated and unable to consume ample water. Based on everything I've read, this makes sense, due to increased water needs from adding in a protein. I don't believe I'm a typical consumer, though, and I'm excited to try this product again later in the year when sun exposure and dehydration during my workday is less of a daily concern, and I think the product will be more of an effective solution for me."
