"Product was great. Normally I perfer magnesium glycinate. The berry flavor was not my favorite, although it's not bad. The product definitely helps me calm with the L-theanine and is worth the berry taste. I feel like I achieve a more restful and deeper sleep."
"I notice benefits right away when I use this product. I fall asleep faster, sleep deeper, longer, and wake up feeling better rested. I also really enjoy the convenience of a powder. However, I really dislike the flavor of this product. Maybe it's the lack of citric acid that I usually see in these products or maybe it's the minimalistic flavor, but something about it tastes slightly "off" to me. This is especially true in warm water, which is how I usually take it."

"I got this as part of the magnesium mocktail trend in hopes to make some relaxing mocktails before bed or supplement. Arrived fast, shipped well. The packaging looks trendy, little bulky but better than most powers that take up a bunch of space. Flavor is good, comes with a scooper. My main issue with the effervescence. It is a bit overkill, not a light calming bubble, but you add a bit of water and it is bubbling over the top of the glass. Means you cannot shake it/mix it with anything because it will explode. Basically dump in and stir, but just does not mix well. Super foamy. I wish they had a version with no effervescence and I'd use it all the time."
